  1. Mark "Y" - indicates that the referenced Organizational e-Cert is accepted by the corresponding department; whereas, "N" is not accepted.

  3. Mark "Y***" - indicates that if registered by Business Registration Certificate, you have to input the Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Registration Number for verification.
