1. Go to the home page of Change of Address Service:
- Read the “Terms & Conditions” and agree it by ticking the checkbox.
- Enter the correct image/sound captcha (if applicable).
- Click “Edit Draft” to edit or delete a draft.
2a. For users who used “iAM Smart” to save their drafts:
- Select the option: “iAM Smart”.
- Click “Edit” to edit your draft, or click “Delete” to delete your draft.
2b. For users who used password to save their drafts:
- Select the option: “Applicant Information and Password”.
- Enter the required information and password.
- Click “Edit” to edit your draft, or click “Delete” to delete your draft.
